Dynovel has recently performed a project with TOTAL Specialties USA, Inc., a US member of the TOTAL Group, to bring value and expertise in Market Scouting & Analysis as well as Leads generation on the Personal Care market.

As Daydream in Europe participated in the success of the brand’s commercial launch in Europe six years ago, Dynovel, Daydream’s partner in USA, was asked by TOTAL Specialties USA, Inc. to help them understand:

  • The Personal Care landscape in the USA, identifying the value chain and mapping the key players of the greatest well-known brands of the Cosmetics Industry;
  • The decision power chain in such corporations to influence the choice of ingredients in cosmetics formulation.
  • The drivers and hurdles in the US Personal care market;
  • The alternative emollient solutions proposed, in order to better position Gemseal®;
  • Channel-to-market options for ramping up the cosmetic business.

In addition to this market analysis, Dynovel provided New Business Development support by dedicating a team to prospect the identified key formulators and cosmetics brand companies in the US, present them the Gemseal offering and encourage them to trial samples in formulations in order to develop a pipeline of projects. In the meantime, Dynovel has also looked into getting more information about current distributors of the cosmetic market who could continue the prospecting effort and contribute to boost the sales of Gemseal post-Dynovel!
